Scope difference
Condo repaint (typical 900-1200 sq ft):
- Interior walls + ceilings only.
- No exterior work (facade is JMB responsibility).
- Balcony walls: check if it's your responsibility (usually yes for the outer face).
- Typical timeline: 2-4 days.
Landed terrace house repaint:
- Interior AND exterior walls + ceilings.
- Boundary wall + gate posts often included.
- Roof-line trim, gutter facing, and eaves.
- Typical timeline: 5-10 days depending on story count.

JMB rules (condo-specific)

Preparation difference
Condo: Minimal — you empty your walls, move furniture to the middle, we cover everything with drop sheets.
Landed: More prep — power wash exterior, treat any mould, fix hairline cracks, seal any moisture ingress, install scaffolding for double-storey.
