- Every 3–6 months: basic servicing (filter and coil cleaning, drainage and gas check). Ideal for homes that run the aircon nightly.
- Once a year: a pressure chemical wash to remove deep grime, mould and odour from the coil and blower.
- Every 3–5 years: a full chemical overhaul if the unit leaks water or has not been cleaned properly.
