Can I keep my existing lock and just cut new keys?

Yes, in most cases. As long as the lock cylinder is in good condition, we can cut new keys directly from the lock. If you have moved into a new home and want all old keys to stop working, we can also re-key the lock to a new key without replacing the whole lock — much cheaper than a full lock replacement.
What if I'm locked out of my house?

Call our emergency line. For landed houses we offer same-day non-destructive lockout service within KL & Selangor (subject to technician availability). We will require proof of ownership (IC, utility bill, or photo ID matching the address) before opening the door. For condos, the management office usually has a master key — we can also coordinate with them.
How long does smart lock installation take?

A standard replacement on an existing door with matching cutout takes 30 to 60 minutes. A new installation that requires drilling a new mortise pocket in the door takes 1.5 to 2 hours. We always do a full operation test, app pairing, and user registration before handover.
