How many downlights do I need per room?

For a typical 12 sqm room with 2.7m ceiling height, we recommend 6 to 9 downlights (3W–5W COB LED) for general lighting. For task-heavy rooms (kitchen, study) we add 2 to 4 spotlights over work surfaces. We provide a free lux calculation with our layout plan.
What colour temperature is best for Malaysian homes?

For living areas, 3000K (warm white) creates a cozy atmosphere. For kitchens, bathrooms, and study rooms, 4000K (neutral white) provides better task visibility. We generally avoid 6500K (cool daylight) in living spaces as it can feel clinical. Many of our clients now use tunable white (2700K–6500K) for flexibility.
Can you install smart lighting in my existing condo?

Yes. Most smart switches retrofit into existing switch boxes without rewiring. We use neutral-wire smart switches (e.g., Aqara, Sonoff, Schneider Wiser) and pair them with your existing Wi-Fi. For dimming we may need to add a compatible dimmer module behind the switch.
Do you offer outdoor and garden lighting?

Yes. We install IP65+ rated outdoor downlights, spike lights, bollard lights, wall washers, and underwater pool lights. All outdoor cabling is run in weatherproof conduit with proper IP-rated junction boxes and RCCB protection.
