How do you prevent bathroom leaking to downstairs?

We also use PU injection as a no-hack option for active leaks. Full hacking jobs carry up to 5-year written waterproofing warranty.
What tiles are best for Malaysian bathrooms?

Floor: anti-slip porcelain (R10–R11) 300x300mm or 600x600mm, light grey or beige to hide water marks. Wall: 300x600mm ceramic or porcelain, glossy for easy cleaning. Shower area: mosaic or small format for extra grip. We avoid polished large format on bathroom floors as they are slippery when wet. Epoxy grout is recommended for mould resistance.
Can you renovate my condo bathroom without hacking the whole floor?

For leak repairs, yes — we offer no-hack PU injection grouting that seals leaks from below without tile hacking. For full makeover where tiles are old, hollow or you want new sanitary positions, hacking is necessary.
