Sagging kitchen cabinet doors are almost always a hinge problem, not a cabinet problem. The hinges take the full weight of the door every time it opens, and after five or six years of that in a Malaysian kitchen — with steam, grease, and humidity in the air — the hinge screws loosen in the cabinet body, the hinge cup wears, and the door drops a few millimetres.
